Run Me.program is a meditation on the differences of how machines and humans operate. While going through a very difficult period of time, the artist wondered if her mind could function as a computer program, in which way the trauma would be processed with the ultimate computational efficiency. As demonstrated with true life snapshots, the attempt was full of runtime errors. The messiness of being a human is often frustrating as we can’t execute a line of instruction as neatly as a machine can. But does that mean it’s an inherent flaw of ours?
